The short version
Running downloaded Exionos weights on your hardware does not send prompts, files, or outputs to Exionos.
The prompt box on the current homepage is not connected to inference and does not send or store what you type.
Where a hosted service accepts text, images, audio, video, code, or files, this policy applies to that content.
01
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when Exionos controls personal information processed through exionos.com and other Exionos-operated websites, applications, playgrounds, hosted model experiences, APIs, support channels, events, and business services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).
It does not govern third-party services, repositories, or applications that have their own privacy policies. Downloaded open-weight models run by you or another provider are outside Exionos’s control unless the application separately connects to an Exionos Service.
A model or product may present an additional notice at the point of collection. If that notice conflicts with this general policy, the product-specific notice controls for that processing.
02
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on which Service you use and whether it is a public website, account-based product, API, enterprise deployment, or local open-weight model.
Name, username, business contact details, account credentials, billing information, support requests, survey answers, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.
Prompts, instructions, images, audio, video, code, documents, datasets, files, model configurations, and other material submitted to a hosted Service, together with generated outputs and related metadata.
IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, request identifiers, crash data, pages viewed, feature interactions, and security logs.
Subscription, payment status, organization, contract, tax, procurement, and account-administration information. Payment processors may collect payment-card details directly under their own policies.
Details from an organization that provides your access, service providers, identity or security partners, public sources, and integrations you direct us to connect.
Signals derived from the above information to prevent abuse, understand product performance, personalize settings, or improve reliability. We do not infer sensitive traits for advertising.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated health data, government identifiers, financial credentials, private biometric identifiers, or confidential third-party data unless the applicable Service expressly supports it and you are authorized to provide it.
03
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Process prompts and files, generate outputs, and deliver requested model functionality.
- Authenticate users, administer accounts, process transactions, and provide support.
- Monitor performance, evaluate models, debug failures, and develop new capabilities.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and harmful or unlawful activity.
- Communicate service notices, product changes, safety information, and marketing, with your choice where required.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims.
Legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, or with consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
04
Model inputs and outputs
Hosted models may process multiple modalities, including text, images, audio, video, code, and documents. Service Content may contain personal information about you or others. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Unless a product-specific notice says otherwise, Exionos does not use content from authenticated paid Services or APIs to train generally available foundation models without an affirmative opt-in. We may use limited content and telemetry to provide the Service, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, and improve safety and reliability. Feedback you deliberately submit may be used to improve models and Services.
Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs produced for others. Do not rely on outputs as the sole basis for decisions about a person’s employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or access to essential services.
06
Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to provide a Service, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve evidence. Retention periods vary with the product, account settings, sensitivity, legal requirements, and risk of harm.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, logging, encryption where appropriate, and vendor review. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.
When information is deleted, it may remain for a limited time in backups or security records and may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the Services.
07
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, limit certain uses of sensitive information, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, and appeal a denied request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, use an official contact method published on the Company page or on an Exionos product’s account or support interface. Describe the right you want to exercise and the Service involved. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal service under applicable law.
We may use essential cookies and limited analytics to operate and understand the Services. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for the browser or device that sends them.
08
International data transfers
Exionos is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful mechanism.
09
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A Service may set a higher minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these rules, contact us through an official channel so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our models, modalities, products, and legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material and law requires it.
Questions, complaints, and privacy requests may be sent through the official contact methods published on our Company page, product interface, or verified Exionos organization profiles. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial request.
